New World Order or Disorder?

In the book (THE KINGDOM OF THE BEAST) and probably on the web site there is an indirect response to the idea of a new world order. The basic idea of what is already stated is that there are many groups who would like to see a new world order or one world government, but there is so much division and disagreement among groups and individuals that want these things that it will not happen. That is, until the anti-Christ arrives, and even he will fail to fully implement.

Think about it this way. What if there is a group of mega-rich business/investment moguls who want a new world order solely for the purpose of owning as much of the world as possible. And then another group of greens who care more about global warming and pollution than they do riches, jobs or even people. Then a third group of secular humanist who want a world where anything goes as far as sinfulness and self-indulgence are concerned. They push a godless religious system that exalts self and sin. Another group may be interested in social justice. They want to redistribute the wealth and perhaps elevate those who have not accomplished anything in their lives to displace the rich and successful. And lastly a group that calls for anarchy. They don’t trust government, or simply despise the restraints of government so they fight against it.

Among these groups there can be minor areas of agreement and perhaps cooperation. Even the anarchist can cooperate if they feel that it will lead to failure.

Each of these groups are built on the arrogance of the individual members, and among those members there is a clash of arrogance. If the question is who is better able to lead or wants to lead more than the anyone else, the answer is probably “me” many times over for those who think they know more than the others, or simply crave power more than the others.

Some of the movement towards a one world government or world order is based on the desire for greater world security in the face of new and ongoing wars, and financial upheaval.

After World War 1 the League of Nations was created, and after World War 2 the United Nations was created. Both were touted as the beginnings of a new world order. In June of 1990 Gorbachev made the statement, “Tolerance is the alpha and omega of a new world order.” Later, on of all dates, 9-11-1990, George Bush Sr. made a speech that has been tagged “Toward a New World Order.”

For others the move to the “future” is nothing more than a move to the past, or back to Babel. In Genesis 11 God confused the language and divided the nations because they were united in their effort to build a tower to heaven. Their effort was not just to get back to God, but overcome Him. God said that nothing would be restrained from man as long as they were working together. Psalms 2 expresses the same idea of those in authority trying to be free from God, but just like when God confused the languages we see that He still has it all under control. Towards the end of Psalm 2, just like in Revelation, we see the wrath of God and Jesus ruling the nations with a rod of iron. God still has the final outcome mapped out and firmly in His grasp.

Psalm 2

1      Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?

2      The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,

3      Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.

4      He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.

5      Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.

6      Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.

7      I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.

8      Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.

9      Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.

10      Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.

11      Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.

12      Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.

H.G. Wells and the New World Order

H.G. Wells was born on September 21, 1866 in Bromley, London England. In 1895 H.G. Wells wrote his first science fiction novel, The Time Machine. This was followed by two more successful novels, The Island of Dr. Moreau (1896) and The War of the Worlds (1898). It wasn’t until 1940, when the world was in the midst of World War 1, that he produced the book New World Order.

In this nonfiction work, which could easily be classified as fiction on the basis of its utopian viewpoint, Mr. Wells analyzes everything from global politics, war, capitalism, and disruptive trends and events to socialism, the haves and the have-nots, and massive unemployment. He concludes the need for a new world order. Ironically, the closest we will get to that is when the anti-Christ terrorizes the world, and then the real thing will come when Jesus Christ returns with His saints to remain and rule with a rod of iron. Mr. Wells writes about Christianity in his book in such a way that I don’t think he would have welcomed the Lord had He returned. Some of his criticism of the organized church is probably accurate, but it seems to cloud his viewpoint overall.

Mr. Wells writes of a world that is both centralized and collectivized. A one world government that controls either nations or regions without borders. The collectivism is simply another way of saying communism or Marxism or whatever ism. He does not give the nuts and bolts solutions, but invites others to consider his thoughts and add to them, and through this intellectual process we will one day arrive at where he thinks we should be.

Mr. Wells emphatically states that the “survival of the species” is dependent upon some sort of global collectivism. But, his aspirations for the world ignore one key factorthe sin nature of man. He sees modern travel and communication, modern warfare, and modern industry as fundamental problems that will lead to our demise if not harnessed properly through collectivism. Travel and communication have brought us closer together and in a more informed manner. The more that we know about what is going on around us the more we become disgruntled about things. Warfare continues to evolve dangerously towards mutual destruction and can become global in an instant. And modern industry needs fewer workers, leaving millions of unemployed and energetic youth with nothing to do but cause trouble. He surmises that global collectivism is the answer, with freedom of thought and laws to protect the masses, and to keep the leaders and visionaries as a part of the masses.

His observations are astute and his theories make a certain amount of sense to even myself, but for the fact that I know Jesus, and like Jesus I know what is in the heart of man, and I know the outcome of this world.

I said his theories make a certain amount of sense. He theorizes that somehow we can give all people an equal and yet satisfactory standard of living, somewhere between struggling to get by and living sumptuously, so that no one will have any need of getting out of line to cheat, steal or make war. Thus, with all human beings being content there will be no more need for war. When I elect a president I am placing either my hope or my confidence in that person that they will deal with the problems that Mr. Wells articulates, but collectivism is implosive because it takes away incentive from those who want to move ahead, and those who already lack incentive will take a free ride on the efforts of others. The following is an excerpt from the end of chapter 5 New World Order

“This essential problem, the problem of collectivization, can be viewed from two reciprocal points of view and stated in two different ways. We can ask, "What is to be done to end the world chaos?" and also "How can we offer the common young man a reasonable and stimulating prospect of a full life?"

These two questions are the obverse and reverse of one question. What answers one answers the other. The answer to both is that we have to collectivize the world as one system with practically everyone playing a reasonably satisfying part in it. For sound practical reasons, over and above any ethical or sentimental considerations, we have to devise a collectivization that neither degrades nor enslaves.”

There will not be a “New World Order.” Not even when the anti-Christ arrives. When the anti-Christ begins his reign it will be as the final Mahdi of Islam. The Bible lays out certain details of how he will accomplish his goals of bringing the world together in “unity.” It will be through war, destroying or possibly subjugating any who resist, and total control of the economic system by means of the mark of the beast. The mark is just that. A mark. On the right hand or forehead. There will be three choices. The name, the number 666, or a distinguishing emblem. It will be a permanent mark from perhaps a firebrand.

H.G. Wells did not start a secret organization. He didn’t even suggest to one. He simply put his own thoughts out there for others to read. Beyond that he simply assumed that the world would one day, by necessity, be one big communist Shangri-La, or we would annihilate ourselves. Below, in chapter 12, paragraph one of New Word Order Wells penned what may be chapter and verse for many humanist around the world. They may not gather like Bible studies or have a quote of the day, but deep down they draw inspiration and direction from words like these.

“There will be no day of days then when a new world order comes into being. Step by step and here and there it will arrive, and even as it comes into being it will develop fresh perspectives, discover unsuspected problems and go on to new adventures. No man, no group of men, will ever be singled out as its father or founder. For its maker will be not this man nor that man nor any man but Man, that being who is in some measure in every one of us. World order will be, like science, like most inventions, a social product, an innumerable number of personalities will have lived fine lives, pouring their best into the collective achievement.”

Chapter 6 of New Word Order is titled Socialism Unavoidable. Many in the world are working towards this “unavoidable” goal, but there are so many conflicting goals, ideas and conflicts that it will never happen. The anti-Christ will not be looking for a socialist state. He will be after total control, and will bring the world to the brink of destruction in this qest. Only then will God intervene. Those who have seen through the total corruptness of the world, if they call upon Jesus, will depart this world when He arrives in the clouds.

New World Order At Work, But Doing What?

The Skull and Bones was formed at Yale University in 1832, and later spread to other campuses. It is a very secretive organization that many feel has been at the forefront of secretly working to bring about a one world government, or secretly controlling world affairs right now from behind the scenes. Both president Bushs were members. Bush senior took us to Kuwait and Iraq to defeat the armies of Saddam Hussein and push him out of Kuwait, but only after getting consensus from the rest of the world. However, he refused to take Saddam because the rest of the world would not allow it. Bush junior went to Afghanistan with much consensus but went it nearly alone to get Saddam. Both Bushs were conciliatory towards Democrats, but hated by the same because of their pro business attitudes and Bush juniors steadfastness in the wake of 9-11 to fight wars and terror and collect private data which could help prevent future attacks. Barack Obama won the Democratic primaries as a far left liberal. Moved towards the center for the general election while still promising tax “refunds” to people who do not pay taxes. And now with the advent of trickle down recession he wants to still do highway projects and transfer wealth from the rich to the poor, but he also wants to save the big guys like Bush is working to do right now.

So where is the secret organization in all of this. Where is the New World Order? Is it in agreeing to a war, but not to dealing with the root of the war? Isn’t world peace a part of the plan? Did the Scull and Bones switch lanes by telling Bush junior to defy the world in order to protect US and world interests from Islamic activism? Barack stood on the world stage and received praise from around the world. He started as a one world kind of a guy with the transfer of wealth and what not, but what about tax breaks to keep jobs in America? Is this one world theology? Or is it US self-interest. $350 billion is being set aside for when Barack takes office. Will he do bail outs that help the big guys?

Demcrats are more closely aligned with one world thinking when it comes to siding with workers over the ones who sign the paycheck, and government programs that give cash, and try to guarantee everything from health care to day care to retirement. But, even Bill Clinton hired a Republican chief of staff to run his White House, a Republican pollster to advise his every decision, and enacted most of the Republican contract with America, while failing to do any meaningful regulation during the tech bubble. So what is a one world government secret society supposed to look like? Republican or Democrat. Conservative or liberal?

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown has called the recent global financial crisis that sparked a meeting between the Group of 20 “the birth pangs of a new global order.” As they gathered there were competing agendas. The only real agreement was that we all need to do something. Other than that some countries are resisting increased regulation while others push for it. Some want to use the International Monetary Fund and World Bank to fix things while others believe they are broken or should be replaced. Some are ready to pony up while others feel they are the victims. Is this how secret societies rule the world?

I learned an important lesson from a man of God (Ken Hagin) many years ago. He was talking about the Nixon years. God told him to pray for the president and the nation because Satan was about to send out three evil spirits to torment the country. He asked for a Bible based confirmation and God took him to Revelation 16:13 and 14 where three unclean spirits went out to all the world to gather them to Armageddon. Even with prayer the country was torn, but not destroyed, by Watergate, Viet Nam and rioting. Every president faces the same attacks. In John 14:30 Jesus called Satan the prince of this earth. In John 10:10 Jesus told us that “The thief (Satan) cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.” Ephesians 6:12 tells us that “we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”

The only conspiracy that I see is the one that operates from the spirit world. Other than that I see fallen man trying to hold things together. Some by working alone, or in groups, or even movements that are ignited in the spirit world. We see the rise and fall of kingdoms orchestrated in the spirit world in Daniel 10. That is why we are instructed to pray for those in authorityregardless of who they are or what they represent.
